This is quite possibly the best all wheel drive value in the world. I have put 17,000 miles on this car and its been great. Things I really like about the car include:

Performance- The 280 hp engine is much more than adequate to move this car.

Braking- This car has stooped faster than I ever expected on more than one occasion.

Low Maintenance- The car lives up to its reputation of not having any problems.

4 Wheel Dive- The system works great. I live on a steep hill and have had problems getting up this hill with heavy front-wheel drive cars with snow tires. But the G35X pulls right up those some hill.

Value- For $30- $31K This car is much nicer than anything comparable in the $25 - $30K range. While the car may not handle quite as well as a comparable BMW, that comparable vehicle will run you $40K.

The only areas to improve would be the interior ergonomics. The controls while functional are not intuitive.

The Infiniti G35 has nice acceleration, handling and comfort. Frankly for a combination sport sedan/family car it's a very good value. Gas mileage is pretty much what you'd expect. I found the controls somewhat confusing and hard to see in the dark. My primary reservations are frankly unfair to the car, I'd like to see more luxury, a better sound system and a quieter ride. These features are certainly available for more money, but buyers should understand the trade-offs. Many people who purchase the car wont care, and in fact probably prefer the reduced refinement. Still others like myself, well, we'd like it cushier.
