Annie's Shells & White Cheddar and other Annie's other Macaroni and Cheese products are bar far the best on the market. The flavor of Annie's products is far superior to all other brands I've tried including the traditional Kraft and Velveeta. Annie's better tasting product is the result of better ingredients all which are 100% natural. Its nice to read the Annie's ingredients label and find only 6 ingredients that read semolina pasta, cheddar cheese, whey, buttermilk, butter salt... and that's it. You can really taste the cheddar cheese. While Annie's products are bit more expensive, its still an economical food at approximately $1.50 per box. Preparation if Annie's are substantially similar to other macaroni and cheese products, boil the noodles (drain) and add milk and cheese mix (butter optional). When made without butter Annie's is also relatively healthy at only 2.5 grams of saturated fat per serving while delivering 10 grams of protein and 15% of daily recommended of calcium. Sodium is a bit high, as is the case with all cheese products at 24% of the daily recommended amount. But all said, Annie's is very tasty and relatively healthy.
