I am a huge fan of Acuvue Advance with HydraClear. After having tried several other contact lenses over the course of 34 years these are by far the best. First I am a big fan of soft/disposable as I tend rip and lose lenses frequently. With disposables this is not a problem. What I like about these lenses is that they are as comfortable on day 1 as they are day 15 with no degradation is vision quality. Other disposables I have tried to wear down over their 2 week period. Another plus for Acuvue is that in the past I have found that 1 out of every 10 or so lenses has a quality issue. In that they don't fit quite right or some other issue. All the Acuvue lenses seem good.
Acuvue lenses are manufactured by Vistakon a division of Johnson & Johnson which is always reassuring. The lenses are made form something called galyfilcon-a which is a copolymer. But what's really important here is that they are comfortable and last under normal wear. Other nice technical features include the fact that the lenses are visibility tinted with a UV blocker so that (1) your eyes are protected from harmful rays and (2) they are easy to find should you drop one in the sink. These are great lenses.
